Isn't the whole entire point of fighting games to play against other people?
It's like if you play Stacraft to play offline skirmishes against the computer and then complaining when you win too much.
Of all those games on the list I'm pretty sure maybe only World of Warcraft and Mario deserve to be on it.
WoW created the MMORPG model that's garnered 11,000,000 subscribers and created the architecture that every MMO has since tried to copy.
And Mario? Well -it's Mario.
Seriously. Command and Conquer? It may have come first, but Starcraft absolutely blew it away. There's a reason why people still play Starcraft professionally.
I also thought it was lulz worthy that the article entitles people as lesbians. Lesbian Rachel instead of say, Rachel, who is a lesbian.

How hard is it to play a game without emphasizing your sexuality/religion/ethnicity etc. etc.
People don't make fun of you because you're A, B, C, or D. They make fun of you because you draw attention to yourself.
Announce that you're Muslim and watch the terrorist jokes ensue. Say you're Asian and people will begin warning you not to crash your mount into the nearest tree. Proclaim you're Jewish and...well...no one one will probably ask you for any gold in Stormwind...

Resident Evil movies are huge guilty pleasures. I love the second and third one just because they're completely mindless action with Milla Jovanich running around half naked most of the time and trying to act.

Wake up! The reason why everyone loves her is because she's NOT your stereotypical, vapid, dumb token female with huge knockers and no clothes.
IMO, shorter lists are better. They actually force you to make choices as opposed to throwing everything on the list.

It's pretty simple.
Konami didn't think it was worth spending money on something that might flop because of the controversy surrounding its release. It had nothing to do with hurting feelings -it had everything to do with making a smart financial choice.
And I'm not going to lie -I think they made the right one.
