Numbers 1 and 2 are pretty much the only ones that make any sense. All the rest not so much.
Pretty much you say they hate those games for the same reason why they hate video games in general -they're a huge time sink designed for guys and feature blood and guts and all sorts of non-feminine things. Huge shocker there.
Crackdown was pretty sweet. At the same time, though, critics weren't too kind at the time and this was pretty much the general consensus about the game:

I don't think anyone has ever claimed that Uncharted 2 won't be worth the money, hence why no one has argued otherwise.
There's been a couple articles saying why Halo 3: ODST IS NOT worth the money. Haven't been too many explaining why it is, though.
