Good games are good games. Who cares what platform they are on. My personal caveat is I want both 60fps and good gameplay.. I don't care what resolution or platform.

Yes DirectX 12 is being hurried along because PC people want closer coding to the metal and optimization like consoles get . AMD's Mantle made MS pull their finger out which is a big win for PC. Both consoles are already able to code to the metal so Direct X 12 in a X1 may only be useful for PC to X1 (vice versa) ports.
TLOU while beautiful is merely a corridor game. Wake me up when Naughty Dogs make a open world game.

There's some evidence suggesting it will be inbetween 780 and 780ti and have the luxury of 8gb RAM and sport a $500 price tag. Still.. Not too shabby

Well lets talk about games that are actually out.. you know, since that's how it's always been done.
Anyway, out of all those games, the only ones pushing 60fps are TLOU remastered and Tomb Raider - both last gen games.
Killzone is sub 1080p and sub 60fps and all the other games are running at a measily 30fps.
This doesn't make them suck, it points to the fact that both consoles aren't powerful on paper or otherwise.

Yep if the PS4 and X1 released an update or higher end model that could run current 30fps at 60fps I'd be all over it. Not going to happen though.
I'd even be happy to see them add an option to lower resolution in favor of frame rate. I'm not a fan of motion sickness.

They might just offer it 6 months later or something. There's no good reason for it not to come to PC other than not to piss of people who bought a X1 just for the game.. so I say bring it to the PC after a while.
This game was on my radar. I'm a fan of precedurally generated voxel games. Its good its coming to PC, now I can hold off buying one until GT 7.
Same... No Mans Sky was the only title that interested me but now that's coming to PC too.

What are you talking about. I have every console since NES and a gaming PC. I cant blame anyone with a gaming PC for not buying either of the new consoles when so little games are on offer right now.
95% of the games now are multiplatform and always run ridiculously better on PC. Don't act like a butthurt cheerleader . Some people support more than 1 platform.
Depends what kind of mod. If its a mod that increases draw distance, lighting distance and graphics that are already there... count me in.
If its a mod that ruins the original lore of the game.. no thanks.
