I'll day 1 this game on PC. I'm glad it's on there because it saves me buying and Xbox. I pretty much bought every gen of Xbox except the X1 for this game.

3600mhz seems to be the tapering off point from what I've seen. From 2666 to 3600 there's as much as 10-15%(game dependent) with a 7700k and a 1080ti.
Don't forget you can also over RAM by a fair bit. I have 3600 overclocked to 4000 - all I had to do was choose the XMP profile and up the DRAM voltage to 1.38.

They will soon. This has been confirmed. I've got no skin in the game since I'm solely on PC with Gsync now but Freesync is a massive win on a console. Well done X1 and AMD for pushing a standard that in my opinion Nvidia needs to adopt. It cost TVs nothing to adopt the Freesync standard.
Let's hope we start seeing more TVs with real 120hz too.

I thrashed it coop with mates non stop for about 2 months. We loved it. We didn't get into PVP but just the PVE was fantastic.
Same for my friends and I. We all migrated over and have never looked back since. Some of us play on the couch and some on the TV. I've got a 10 meter HDMI running through the wall and do both.
I think it's a good fit for the Xbox crowd. It's a nice go to game and I think they'd appreciate having one.I don't think it will make the same impression it did on PC but I've called things wrong before.

It's never ok to sacrifice frames. A higher frame rate is objectively always better. Stop being an apologist for your low standards
Same, it ran really well. But I noticed I totally pegs 2 cores at 100% and only loads up the other threads and cores around 20%. The work load isn't spread evenly. Forza 6 Apex does the same thing. It does run well though.
They need to get rid of the frame rate limit though. I want me some 120+
