This is coming from the Castlevania team? If so, I'm excited! Apart from the camera issues, they did a tremendous job with that game and, if I'm not mistaken, it was their first hack'n'slash, wasn't it?
Wow! Looks so cool! Can't wait to have that bad boy in my collection! :)
Yeah, I was day dreaming about a ps3 port announcement, as the ps3 is my only console and I can't run this on my crappy pc... would be happy even with an inferior port, that's how badly I did wanted this. :(
Let's try like this: release Versus XIII one day while still in this videogame generation cycle, see how that goes review and sales wise as a ps3 exclusive, and then start talking about a possible FFVII remake. Versus XIII was announced WITH FFXIII. XIII was released (it sucked hard), then FFXIV was released (it sucked on a whole new level of sucking), then XIII-2 was shockingly announced, and now FFVII is teased?! WTF is this?! Company ADD?! Finish what you've started first, you moro...
MGS3 was so ahead of its time that you can barely notice the transition to HD.
Not so eager to play as gay Raiden again, but I might get this just for MGS3.
Missed you, KB! haha
Ok, I'm FINALLY excited for this one! Towns! What a beautiful sight! Couldn't they have done this before?!
EDIT: the little npc interaction was a nice view too. And don't forget the moogle following you around. Not to mention the new protagonist... I'm liking his design more and more with every new footage. Hope he's just as good character as he is well designed.
lol Snow must be a very comprehensive husband!
Well, still not sold, but at leas I liked the new protagonist.
Is it me or was his "bad" arm glowing red as he slashes hes enimies down?! Really curious to learn what in the hell is going on...
Third person looks good!! That's great news for me!! :)
How can you tell? It's just CG...
Holy mother of awesomeness, that was stunning!! First time in years that I'm really psyched up about a TB game!
Those slashes seemed quite painful! Can't wait to see more!
I see your point and I can relate to it. I do get my fare share of prejudice just for being born where I did (which is northwest part of Brasil). Although, as you've said so yourself, this sort of pitiful comment comes from a handful of tards with nothing clever to say and a lot of free time to spend. I say ignore and move on. They feed on attention and when you feed this kind of behavior, you might help to create a real problem where there’s none. A few stupid individuals do not constitu...
I would care if he was a piece of Tofu. It would be hard to take him/her seriously...
Joking apart, I think that IF there really are people out there complaining about the new protagonist's skin color, they must be a minority of gamers. People DID got over the racial prejudice. Look at GTA, for instance: one of the most beloved chapters in this franchise had a black guy as main character. In Behind good and Evil, a huge cult classic game, the protagonist was a black gir...
"EA DICE have given Battlefield 3 players their own detailed separate stats service, and at the same time, they have sent a clear message to Activision that making fans pay for additional services such as the ones detailed in Elite is just not cool."
If, by any chance, I was still uncertain of what shooter to get (which I'm not), I would get BC3 even if just so I could support this message.
"Is this an early indication that Battlefield ...
What about the ps3?! Oh, man... this hurts more than I thought it would! :(
I've never played prototype so yes, I might not know what I'm talking about here, but I imagine I would feel bad if after playing a whole game with a character, (getting to know him and making him powerful), in the sequel I was forced to kill him with a new protagonist!
It's as if in inFamous 2, Cole was the bad guy, hunted down by an mutated and super powered John or Moya, looking for revenge. It wouldn't feel right, would it? This seems as a weird move to me.
My girlfriend has a theory that EVERY villain looks cooler that his/hers opposers (heroes). I can't agree with her, but I find this to be true in this game if the armless white haired brute was the hero and the stylish man in front of him was the villain.
Anyway, of all the hack'n'slashers I've seen lately, this seems to me the least appealing.
