That'd be The dream!
Dude, I was agreeing with you. I've said I find the setting (WWII) boring, but your idea could make it interesting - which is the same thing you've just said in your reply:
"I would find the setting boring if we actually had to take part in the battlefield as a typical soldier like assassin" but [insert your own idea here] and it's now interesting.
Sounds good. Even though I find the setting boring, something like that could make it interesting.
Then you probably haven't read playstation life style review, as they seems to have legit complaints about the game:
- Horrid camera;
- Awful parry system (w/ both parry and attack assigned to the same button);
- Ridiculous story not worth following along with;
- Invisible walls;
- Bosses, grunts, even supporting characters are bland and forgettable;
- Lifeless enviroment;
- VR training doesn't offer any real training and is n...
He did not wrote that. You may read it for yourself.

Fanboys... I only have a ps3, I love it and I have no desire whatsoever to get a 360 or a Wii. Never did trough this whole generation. But that doesn't mean I can't admit when something is interesting just because is not on the ps3. The guy got 20 disagrees and was ...
Thanks for the reply. Hmmm... watery monsters in a ship in the open sea... still weird, but I can see the potential to be really scary. I think I'll miss the solid traditional freaks though. The new kids seems a bit goofy to me.
What are the creatures in this game? They look like mannequins... is there enemy variation in Revelations or are just those creatures trough the whole ride?
I really don't. I could stay happy w/ my ps3 for another couple of years.
It needs a fresh start. Maybe with a new cast.
A Dexter game would be almost a reskin of Hitman, I guess. Which is not a bad thing.
Fans? Really?! Nop. Try arrogance.
Funny as, in when DS first lauched, it received a lot of praises for being everything that, disappointingly, RE 5 was not: tense, atmospheric, scary. Now, with DS3 just around the corner, they sound like crapcom defending RE6!
If you take a look at how popular the hd remastered trend is, you will find out that a lot of people still care for the old gen games.
And considering that this gen games won't be needing an hd makeover for the next gen, backwards compatibility will be more important than ever. Not a deal breaker for sure, but it wouldn't be just a gimmick either.
Too much hand holding nowadays. It's like developers think that we, gamers, are getting older and dumber.
I only wish Resident Evil core fans have had the same mentality towards RE6. Gamers need to realize that they are in charge, and being vocal doesn't matter if they keep supporting what they are unhappy with.
Although, I believe that low sales (in comparison to previous games and/or other capcom franchises) in this case is not only because it is a reboot that no one really wanted, but also because of the arrogance and disrespect Ninja Theory showed to core fans during the ...
Maybe he is not great with lip sync, but since MGS2, he never had a game w/ lip sinc as bad as in this one. I mean, in the codec as least, it is incredibly bad. The guy keeps moving his mouth for about 3 seconds till the voice catch up!
I find it hard, but good. The only problem I have with it is the lip sync. It was the worst I have ever seen! I've noticed it on codeec conversations.
Since people say this one is more akin to its roots, I'm excited for it. But I'll still wait for a price drop as well. $40 seems too much... I can wait.
Yeah, now I want a Wii U...
"How on earth are they going to top this in the sequel? Because of one thing there can be no doubt. Lara is back.”
So freaking glad to read this!
