i know i plan on purchasing the vita because it will be the perfect handheld device for me when im travel to/from work monday-friday, or when im traveling somewhere on vacation.
i will most definitely, and i still have my original copies of both games for PS2.
yeah sorry no i won't be passing on BF3 its one of the games ive been looking forward to.
These phones/tablets can have all the new tech in them all they want, but i'll never play full fledged games because they all lack the most important feature for me CONTROLS. Also content, and depth like stealth said.
Bubs stealth
Well you seem to be one of the few since its barely sold 120k last I saw. Its supposedly the best game for kinect and it looks like the kinect diehards didn't even want to support it. I highly doubt it will do well on ps3 when it drops.
Damn double post >.< first time this happened to me.
Causal are idiots who thinks games on phones/tablets are better then the ones on dedicated handhelds. They also seem easily enthralled with this motion stuff crap.
I know the big need casual gamers also but those games are bring the industry down imo. I'll let the idiot casuals play their finger swiping/pressing their screens while im playing quality games on the vita when it releases.
I have a droid 2 and its worthless for true gaming experience.
I don't see people or analysts complaining about apples overpriced stuff, and yet they keep on buying them. I don't see any problems with the vita price for what it has in it the price is reasonable, and a freaking steal.
i just finished crysis 2 on 360 i thought it was pretty good with really stupid AI, it does look pretty good, but i'd still say uncharted 2 looks better.
on pc i know all multiplatform games look better than consoles but i only game on consoles.
look no further dude as i own all 3 consoles and will be buying the vita at the reasonable price of $250. i like real gaming experiences and finger swiping/poking at the screen is not true gaming experience imo.
here's what i find really funny supposedly apple has captured the casual market because of the apps crap, but these same people buy apple's upgraded versions at what $300-600 a pop; same goes for those who constantly have to have the latest graded smartphon...
not for me as i don't consider finger swiping gaming.
I wonder if some of the supporters are going to bash the hell out of him because he's not the first indie developer to say this.
I have no idea I've never downloaded for my phone since im not into casual games at all. Just wanted to ask why pay more when u can get it for free or 2 dollars on phones since most people seem to believe you can get a true gaming experience on them or tablets.
I'll be renewing when the time comes. Free games, exclusive betas/demos are awesome imo, and I can still playing online for free win, win in my book.
Im not gonna outright ignore it im just not gonna worry about it when it releases with the other games I want to play first and foremost. I'll play MW3 sometime in Dec-Jan when I've gone through the others I want to play.
question why would anyone spend $10 on a game you can get for free or less than $2 on your phone?
yea its not the most essential purchase for me, i'd say for me the most essential purchases for me this holiday are U3, BF3, ACR, R&C, Skyrim, R3, Gears 3, Batman AC, Dark Souls, Zelda, and Ico collection.
i'm more excited for these games then i am for MW3 which i will get but its not priority for a day one purchase for me.
@chad
so casuals will spend 400-500 on iphones/ipads because it appeals to them but people will b*tch about the $250 price tag for vita. this is what i don't understand about the ones who are complaining.
personally ill get the vita at $250 with proper controls and let the apple elitists have their istuff with the finger swiping.
All I know is my pockets are going to be bled dry. I even have two games releasing later this year on my damn birthday. I don't know how imma come up with the dough to get the ones I want.
why would anyone spend 10 dollars on something they can get for free or 2 bucks on their phones?
