yes ziro im going to get a true gaming experience from my dumba$$ droid 2 phone with no proper controls, or some stupid a$$ tablet again with no proper controls and whose battery life on both will die within minutes of trying to play an actual true game with substance not some dumb flash/finger swiping/poking game.
i understand your opinion, but i think because the chimera was destroying europe first it took time for them to get to america. therefore america still looked ok hence its environment still had its colors. part two couldnt be gritty and bleak at first because they werent going through what europe was going through.
now after the events of two part america now looks gritty and bleak. so imo i think IG progressed the series perfectly.

Message to modojo i'll buy a vita for my dedicated gaming before I buy an overpriced mini picture tube in the ipad3. Phones/tablets are utterly useless for games that have substance. Also the battery life on the so called new wave of gaming on the go would be horrible for true gaming.

It wasn't EA that made the AI stupid as sh*t that was crytek. Even though crysis 2 was good the AI was beyond retarded. As for them not being interested in vita im more than ok with that there will be plenty of other great games on the system. They are not the be all, end all of developers.

I love IG, and especially love R&C, Resistance series. So i'll definitely be supporting the hell out of overstrike.
I see it like this in R1 the chimera were already smacking around europe hence the gritty dark feel, in R2 the americas didn't get to experience the full destructive force the same way as europe right from the off because it took time for the chimera to get there.
Now in R3 your seeing the aftermath of the destruction the chimera dropped on the americas so now the game feels like it did back in part 1.
That's why I love insomniac and these series euro...

whats funny is that its not even the most expensive console ever that honor goes to neo-geo at $650, and the panasonic 3D0 at $700. i dont remember them getting the hate or whatever the hell people want to call it that sony got.
