PS will not be putting their games on xbox in the next 5 yrs, let alone "many major" games. They would be EXTREMELY lucky to even get a Gaas game. You are certainly not going to see games like Spiderman 3, last of us 3, or the next God of war on xbox.

Graphics are gorgeous, the 12 fps look isn't a deal breaker. The combat looks really bad though.
It was a very good show. Let not put the cart before thr horse as they say. XBOX is notorious for having great trailers that the games never live up to. On top of thst let's wait and see what Sony shows off in september. Xbox users should still be excited though.

Was about to say the same thing. They better have these games roll out the 1st half of the yr. They don't want to be anywhere near GTA6. We saw what happened to forbidden west when it launched near elden ring. Guarantee once Rockstar announces the date, studio after studio will be delaying or moving up their games if they are in the same window.

It is one of the worst 1st party games in recent memory. Completely jank, played like an xbox game. The only redeeming quality was the hordes.
I dont think many pc gamers will buy a playststion to play playstation games, they will just wait the 1-2 yrs for it to get ported. That being said, this is the right decision. MS destroyed their console business, now there is literally zero reason to own an xbox.

Not sure it's going to be direct competition for C.O.D., think it's more of an overwatch type game. Now the playstation studio where Jason Blundell is at now, is likely to be a competitor.

@ziorkunds. Price is definitely a part of thr equation. Sea of thieves isnt a full price game like destiny 2 and stellar blade which are also in the top 3 pre-orders. Unlike bots, ponies actually buy games. Glad it's doing well, just means a raft of more xbox games are coming over. Xbox needs ps, ps doesn't need xbox.
It's going to flop on xbox. They will rely on playstation users to recoup the dev cost for sure. Certainly not the system seller they were hoping for when they showed the game all those yrs ago. Depending on the price and what else is in the release window for ps5 I might check it out. I love cinematic game, just a bit unsure when it comes to replay value and have to see what the combat is like.
