You have to pay for the qore episode to get into the beta, i got my code for socom beta. They will send you a email with the code. BTW what is the date when qore subscribers get there code for RES2?
Well it does have some videos of games here and there that never change (rolls eyes), and yeah you can launch your games from in home. But other than that there is nothing else incorporated with games. What you see in the videos is what you get there is nothing else.
I tired of it in about 20 mins. That was after i created my character and decorated my house. It really needs a major overhaul to keep me interested.
Thats funny cause everything that was shown in the video is it, there is really nothing else. It is so boring in home that people get together at the boombox and chat cause you can only bowl and play pool for so long. Home can not be in the same sentence as those games. Lets be realistic here, home could be good but the beta is dreadful. My first initial impression was wow this is cool then after 15 mins i was like this is it. Either you stand around a boombox with some gay songs and let your character dance or you go bowl or play pool or the couple of arcade games which is not all that fun. Am i the only one that caught that the title says "Mirror's Edge demo will hit today on PSN/XBL". But in the actual article it says will be out on the 26th which is tomorrow.
The point is, it is people like you that cause people that pay for the game to suffer. And far as i am concerned bring the pc game industry to it knees to get people to stop stealing.
Far as i am concerned ban them all, and also make every game carry drm. Far as i can tell it is too early for the so called people buying the game to be whining about 3 installs. Surely they haven't had to reformat 3 times since the game has been released last month. It is either a) They are trying to install it on multiple machines or b) or people are stealing the game.
If their games are crap then why are you stealing them?
I am also in the beta while it looks good and scale is nice, there is nothing to do. Unless they add more to it and incorporate your games with it more then i will not be using it. And being that it is free it doesn't matter if it is good or bad at least they tried something different.
You can have 10 or 12 different home avatars and change them anytime you wish.
Ok well that sums up everything in home, i got invited to the beta and after i created my character i spent 10 mins total doing all the stuff. And i was like is this it. If they don't expand it and make more stuff to do, and integrate game stuff better and more, it is going to flop bad.
Well Sony only fans well defend anything till the end, they can call GT5P a sim all they want. It is about as much as a sim micro machines racing. People can say and praise it all the want in my eyes it will be average and nothing more, i have played and i have beat it and i know my impressions and what i got out of the game and it wasn't much.
Didn't watch a single cutscene through MGS4 and what is funny is what kind of design is flawed when you can just run through the map to load the next cutscene when enemys are chasing you. I had to only restart 2 races on GT5 took me right at 3 hours and 20 mins. So you are tealling me Half life episode 1 and 2 and portal didn't take you longer than 10 hours together, cause that was packaged as 1 game 60 bucks, understand.
Well obviously you haven't played any of the previous series on the 360 (rolls eyes), looks spot on to this and the online play is great.
If your are basing game time for acquiring trophies, then wow some of the achievements on the 360 would take hundred of hours.

How about i make an article of why sony screwed me on my psp. In which i only had for a month and while it was updating my step son knock it off the table and it turned off. It wont turn back on now, So now they want me to send in my psp and 80 bucks and they will send me a refurb....WTF. So then they can reprogram my chip in about 5 mins and resell it as a refurb.
