I can't believe people are still whining about Socom reviews, this is truly sad. It is broken i would be lucky to give it a 6.5, for people that doesn't understand you base your reviews of a product they ship to you to review. If it broken and plagued with problems then your review will show that. And on a side note of R&C 7.5 is a fairly good review, i wouldn't have gave it much more than that. I had a good time playing the game but it got fairly repetitive and the graphics are pretty go...
I like how people think LBP is going to be a savior, it is going to sell 3 trillion consoles blah blah blah. Now i understand alot of people thought the beta was awesome, but i know alot of people didn't think it was all that. I am sure you will see a small increase in PS3 sale's. But it will not be like people think...
I am glad they are not changing the score or re-reviewing. Score should be based on as is when it hit store shelves from day one. Doesn't matter if there is a patch the next day or whatever.
Ok i know alot of sonyfanboys go overboard on stuff. But to say let them patch it then review it for a score is...is..i am just a loss for words. I have seen them take up for sony products for alot of thing's and stretching things so the PS3 doesn't look bad, but this is over the line. Absolutey dumb founded, this really takes the cake.
That is absurd "Wait for a patch before scoring it". That is saying just half @ss your game and when you patch it we will score it. Well then we should go back and re-reviews all the game's and redo the score's. Honestly i think that is dumbest thing i have heard on here in a while and i have heard some stuff boy let me tell ya.
I have to say i think a 5 is a little low, but i think it should be at 7 top's. There is alot of issues with this game, it is better than the beta but man it still needs some work.

Ok first off Cnet is owned by CBS, And secondly i think Fable 2 will be a great game no doubt, but not GOTY. I think there is no way MGS4 or LBP should get it, of course this is my opinion and what do i know. As it stands right now i would say RES2 is my GOTY and that is going by a beta =O. But you also have alot of good games coming out.
No way possible you can get those trophies in 3 day's, even if you played 3 days straight. Sure he has them or whatever but i think you might exaggerate a little on the time it took.
Well i have to say i have socom but since the RES2 beta has been out i have not touched socom and i probably won't for some time. Maybe in a few month's when everything dies down i will play socom and maybe then they will have stuff fixed....=)
Well i have the COD5 beta also, i have to agree. I played like 3 matches and that was it. Well and plus i got Res2 beta and haven't looked at anything since. But IMO it is not as good as COD4.
Well i have to disagree about the gear's add on, it is part 2. The concept of the good games if it isn't broke don't fix it. If they changed to much of gears it wouldn't be the gears that people love and also hate. I like that type of gameplay, they could leave it exactly the same for 6 games but with different levels and different stories and i would buy everyone of them, cause of the gameplay.
Well GOW2 will outsell anything hands down....But...i mean but, i think Res2 will be a far better experience.
I am not trying to justify the price but you can get it most of the time for 40 bucks a year of amazon.
They can not charge if you don't put your credit card info in the system. And you do not have to do that for a trial card.
I didn't know you could actually steal exclusives. This is what keeps me coming here from day to day. Seeing fanboys (98% sony fanboys) get their feelings hurt, or ego's knocked down a notch or two. I am glad they kept posting these types of articles to let me know this stuff, it is good times.
Kinda funny cause i have had Socom for one day, i have heard so much sh!t talking it isn't even funny. The sonyfanboys have a tendency to think that the precious PSN is nothing but adults and is very sible. But actually one of the main problems is the adults on PSN act like the xbox live 12 year olds.
