Some people just enjoy winning, they can also view it as 'normal' depending on where they're from. I remember a reddit post with a number of people from Brazil talking about how it's just expected and how the game is played (in regards to cheat software etc.) and this seems to back it up https://www.rubyfortune.com...
If everyone around you cheats are you going to continu...
Oh, just like how people should have held the iPhone correctly when it had is problems with the antennae and dropping calls?
@FlavorLav01 Agreed, TW3 combat (and really all of the Witcher series combat) is 'adequate' at best. As an RPG the quests and story are top notch but the actual fighting? Mediocre at best.
I see a comment below about how "Combat never defines RPG. Characters, Dialogue, Quests, Story, World, and overall freedom do." and my addition to that would be to ask 'why not?' Is there a a reason we shouldn't expect to have fun in combat and just settl...
I was playing it when my first kid was born, he's starting second grade now :/
I mean sure, just keep buying studios, eventually they're gonna get to game/3 months.

JC and they're talking about poor stories? *Biomutant* got 10% higher than R+C:R?
On the other hand, this isn't an R rated game...I enjoyed the previous ratchet and clank games and my 7 year old enjoyed the 2016 remake/reboot, if this has a story that hits notes for both of us then I'd say they've done their job. Yes for those of us who grew up playing R+C we might be looking for a serious 'grown up' story, but how are they going to draw in all of the new generations to continue playing their games if they're marketing solely to us? If you're ...
Goddamnit, clicked for P5:S and it was only for switch :/ Hopes raised and dashed.
Edit: Actually it's still 33% off for ps4/5
And have you completed it in 10 hours? It took me approximately 30 to get the final ending so a little over $3/hour seems fine. If I were a completionist who wanted all of the items etc. I could probably double that.
Anything google creates be it software or platform is at risk of just being sunset with little warning:

This game is equally good and bad. Maybe the combat has cool ideas and the setting is great, but the writing is just bad and the controls fight against you. Maybe it's a good game but marred by bugs and crashes that make it unplayable half the time. Maybe it's. Just. Fine.
So from the review it seems that it looks amazing, has some good character design however the story is a ...
@Petebloodyonion
Because when you're reviewing a car then those things can be calculated and aren't usually arguable. However reviewers do mention things like 'comfort' and 'driveability' and fun/soul when reviewing cars along with the technical specs. I'd argue that car reviews actually focus more on the user experience than on the specs which are just listed.
Video game reviews do tell you things like fps/resolution/load times etc. a...
Almost every time I've died I've gotten a bit further, killed the next boss, unlocked guns to be available for future runs, new artifacts, items, permanent upgrades to access previously inaccessible areas, access to new parts of the house, even new audio files that weren't there the first time to flesh out the story (and I have the ps5 set to ask before installing patches downloaded in rest mode). I don't think this journalist really gets it to be honest, it's been the mo...
Nitrowolf2 is right imo, I've had a good start on mine, nice weapon, good mods, keys etc. but now it's in rest mode and no way to play another game (and I won't have easy access to the TV/headphones which is how I prefer to play until my wife is on nights again). I don't see what's wrong with just saving on quit and deleting save on open.
From retroonly.com
"When a new game would come out for any console, it was always quite expensive. This is when we see games in the 80’s selling for $60. Although $60 may not seem like a ton for a game, in today’s money that is over $200 just for one game!
The good news was that if you were patient and willing to wait a little while, the price for that new game would come down $10-$20. This is when many people would purchase their games."
Technically you can put the console into rest mode, this doesn't remove the frustration (I'd rather they allow you to save on quit and then delete the save when it's loaded to reduce save scumming) but does mean if you just have to leave then you don't lose everything even if you can't then pick up another game while your run is in progress. I think it was a design mistake personally.
Same, hadn't heard of it then heard great things and planned to buy it, THEN saw the thread about all the progression bugs, lack of spoken dialogue etc. and thought 'nah I'll just wait on this one', shame as I'm really looking for things to play right now.
What the heck...I would figure that you might be able to patent the implementation of an idea like that, but how do you even patent 'yeah so more than one person can attack at a time, yes we know that this can happen in real life and we didn't come up with it but it's totally ours'.
Surely there must be more to it than that.
Honestly if they gave me the controller free if I took out a 6-12 month sub then I might consider it a sunk cost to try it because paying 69.99 for that controller when I can get a dualsense with haptics, adaptive triggers, and just good ergonomic design for the same price is silly. Though it seems you can use the dualsense on stadia as well so it's not even needed really.
