i got my Q6600 for £120 about 1 year ago and that is 2.4GHz standard now 3.2GHz OC i can also go up high with voltage increase. standard fan sink set up

4GB DDR2 800MHz about £50
GTX 285 OC GPU @ 745MHz VRAM @ 2.8GHz DDR (Double Data Rate) and shaders @ 1.7GHz times 240 cores just short of £300

the ps1 and ps2 was popular because of modding, u get a good console and chip it and then get unlimited games for near nothing. same with xbox and now DS.

IMO steam is almost perfect very happy with the service and the support is good, im very happy to see more publishers and developers like EA, Ubisoft and activision making more games avaible on steam in resent times makes a big difference for me any way

to true gabe did say that, PC is always going to be better than console in every way beside game sales, this may be because of pirates or that the games are not good enough in the first place.

i believe that sony said they could get 120FPS for this and thats just stupid because if they can get 120FPS they should just increase the graphics because 24FPS is the standard. but this was just a BS claim if it is true.

Killzone 2 will never be better than crysis end of and if you think it is then your ether a fanboy or you just have a very sh!t graphics card. i played the demo and had access to the beta it would never pass at cryteks standard.

from what i know non of the yerli brothers thats the 3 brother that own all of crytek have mentioned anything about crysis being on any console.

yerlis said that they and there team are making a game for multi-platform PC, ps3 and 360 but said that it is not crysis.

you can get a 9600gt for around £60-£80 and that would play crysis at high, good res, no aa with no lag but u may need a good cpu also

you can get a quad core system with 4GB of ram and a 9800GT all for £510 and today currency exchange it is around $753 but with no monitor then again if you already have a hdtv you could get a dvi to hdmi converter. this could run crysis at high setting at 720p with around 60+ fp/s.

IMB a PowerPc company makes all the CPU for the consoles and did the same for apple computer for a long time but they are weaker and slower
