Guys you have to remember the PSP2 will be running on 2011 technology.
The PS3 is running on 2005 technology and has seen its best days.
If the PSP2 is running Terga III or even Fusion it should be better than PS3 easy.

The interface for Cell B.E to RSX is over 25GB/s that is the same for the memory also.
They only have USB as an logical option which is only 25MB/s
The only other interface close to 25GB/s is the Ethernet at 1GB/s
Would be really surprised if they did it through HDMI but I believe its interface speed is slower than Ethernet.
