Why do you say that it "WILL be charged?" You do know that R* is the one that decides to charge for it, right? I mean, they are $50 million richer, they might not charge it. For MS, them buying the DLC they might just be hoping that they can recoup that money from selling more consoles and games then the competition.
When PS3 fanboys say so.. The only reason I'm saying the PS3 fanboys is because they are saying this is MicroSoft being desperate but the PS3 bundle is not desperation, just smart business.

For me it's an easy choice on which to console to buy GTA4.. the 360. Why? Because I prefer the 360 controller and I like xBox Live a helluva lot better than PSN. And, also, if the content is good, then I have the choice into download it or not. Three reasons why I'm getting the 360 version.
