I have to say that he might be right on this one. As for that, I am happy to see Sony nipping at the heals of MS and showing the world how to sell a reliable console.
Yeah, those are nice and all but they are not necessarily a gaming headset... More for say, listening to music...
It's just that most folks don't know how to get to it and use it. As for giving people the chance to buy their own mic, I appreciate that since I absolutely hated the LIVE headset. I much more preferred the headset I had with the original Xbox. The new one was and is still junk and breaks way too easy.
When you are using a headset to listen to your game rather than having the sound coming through your speakers. If you use Surround Sound and then try and use the EYE you will piss off your team and those in the lobby.
Please, just go out and buy a headset. They are cheap and worth every penny.
The PS3 in terms of exclusives produces the best graphics across the board and do to that fact we all know that any multiplatform games that do not look as good on the PS3 as they do ont he 360 is simply due to developers being stupid, or lazy. This game looks good on both but is not something I am even interested on at the moment.
They see something that is very successful and something that brings in money and they want it. Much like everything else they copy, they will copy Home but it will be expensive. They will charge for everything, even admission. It's the way MS does things and the way MS fans are. MS rips them off at every turn and MS fanboys defend their actions.
MS is full of hypocrisy.
The only thing keeping my 360 in my house is the fact that they have yet to cancel my Live account even though my credit card is off file and that I use the Three-Fix-Me for Netflix only. Trading it in for any one of those games puts you in the green if you ask me.
As not to type it all over again, I already answered your question in the same post you are replying to. Update or not, I love this game. I had the same feelings about Rainbow Six Vegas. Number two was simply an update but it gave me more maps to play. If all Infinity Ward did was add new maps to Modern Warfare, I would have been equally happy. The game is just that much fun for me.
This game will only appeal to those who like to take photographs of animals and know the delicacy of being still and remaining int he same location for hours at a time to get that perfect shot? Ok.
My question to IGNorance is this, why would you have the one guy with ADHD review a game that requires you to be silent and still? makes no sense...
But if you do not have a PC then the PS3 version will be the best you will see and play. That is, in comparison to the PS3 and PC versions of course.
So all I have to do to tell who is going to sell more this holiday season is run a search on Google and see who comes up with the most queries? Yeah, now that sounds like a great approach to market research...

And you don't have to hear them trash talk the competition like MS does at every turn. MS can't show their numbers without mentioning Sony directly whereas Sony talks about their own numbers and rarely if at all talks about the other companies. It shows confidence in their product, they don't wear fear on their sleeves like MS.

What this article will sound like when Sony releases heir motion controls and decimates the Wii in Japan and Europe next year. Mark my words, PS3 Slim + Motion Controls + Casual Games in HD = The Decimation of the Wii. The Wii is for those with SD sets and now that Sony is coming onto the scene with the same controller... Having to compare a new game to an old DEMO is pathetic to begin with but what is more pathetic is that the demo looks better than Forza 3. And they had to dumb down the demo to 720 instead of using it's native resolution. Sad, pathetic, disappointing. Prolog beats out FM3 - again.
Maybe if the devs at Turn 10 spent less time trash talking and more time developing, they might have made a better looking game...?
Will they reverse that and give me a value meal for a 360? Just asking...
How about we buy Among Thieves instead. If you have not played Drakes Fortune then yeah, do it but I'll hold out for Uncharted 2.
I am a religious Modern Warfare player. It is without a doubt that I will play MW2. Even if the game is nothing but more maps I will love it. If they improve upon Modern Warfare then they have done me more favors than I could have asked for. Cannot wait for this game!
Sure the placement of the sticks and buttons might have been similar but the D-Pad on the DC controller was WAY better then the 360's.
Only MS can get away with simply polishing a turd and scoring above a 9 out of 10 from reviewers. Those must have been some swingin' swag bags this time around...
