That's great, says customer.
No, nothing like that. I just think it's somewhat humorous to make an article about a totally, utterly foregone conclusion about the logo.
Nobody expected a font change of any kind.
"PS5 logo officially revealed"
Is it ok if I laugh?
That's what happens when you have a consistent flow of great games throughout a generation.
Thankful for the USB C.
Gotta go with God of War.
I really enjoyed most of the PS4 exclusives this gen, but I really cherished God of War.
Agreed.
I wouldn't put them there at all, personally, but I would definitely include Bloodborne.
Impressive indeed.
Developers seem to be taking on personal challenges to get their games to run optimally on Switch, and some are having great success. I don't see much push from the gaming and/or development community for a more powerful Switch.
Would a more powerful Switch be nice? Sure, I suppose. Necessary at this juncture? I'd say no.
Nintendo have made it abundantly clear as of late that they have no interest in raw power, and most of the gamers that own a Sw...
First, TLOU2.
There are plenty of other great looking games and promising games we've seen no footage of yet, but TLOU2 comes before all else.
I actually have somewhat of a childlike excitement and anticipation for it, and I don't get that way about anything anymore.
This is so disingenuous and I think you know it.
Please - are you actually suggesting that all detractors of Death Stranding desired or predicted a conventional, shooter-centric game with science fiction elements? Any snippets of Death Stranding we were given before release suggested quite the contrary.
Many people who "played the game for what it was" had a problem with it. How can you not play a game for what it is? If you play it, you play wi...
Agreed, though I wouldn't mind an Uncharted.
I'd rather Naughty Dog focus on something new, or continue work on The Last of Us, which I have a feeling will end with a third installment.
If Uncharted is to be continued, it will likely feature Cassie, Nathan Drakes daughter, as the main protagonist.
I can appreciate Destiny and people enjoying it, but the developers have to find clever ways to make these games more interesting. Also, laying off the microtransactions like buying "silver" and what have you wouldn't hurt.
I'm not calling for the abolition of these games, but their improvement.
No, he definitely didn't try to deceive anyone. Some footage was shown, the game was released, and the chips fell where they did and I really like that. No hubris or arrogance by Kojima at all. He knew there would be a crowd that wouldn't appreciate it, but I also think that he thought that he would hit a home run with many. The gamble worked.
I loved the game play "loop" - it was addictive. It was really a journey - a beautiful journey with a great OST an...
I'm sensing a weariness of games like Destiny and its ilk from the gaming community. I think "Breakpoint" was the literal breaking point for many.
These games aren't getting better - they're getting worse. I think developers and publishers (especially publishers) are slowly starting to take notice.
Let it be so.
Death Stranding definitely exceeded my expectations. While I expected myself to like it, I didn't know just how much I would.
I loved every moment, and I was hooked from the beginning.
People are talking about what disappointed them personally. To some, Death Stranding was disappointing. I really enjoyed it, but feel no need to go to war.
I wasn't disappointed in Crackdown 3 because it was exactly as I expected. I wasn't at all disappointed in Death Stranding - was pleasantly surprised.
I was quite disappointed in Days Gone. I love post-apocalyptic games (especially in idyllic settings) and this was coming from a Sony first party studio. Recipe for greatness, I thought. Boy was I wrong.
I had already grown weary of games such as Destiny, so Anthem never really sparked my interest b...
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
I thought it was really good and Respawn deserves credit. It's not the most incredible, most amazing game, but I thought it was a great playthrough with good characters and a good story. Enjoyed the exploration too.
Not hidden but definitely a gem.
Ori and the Blind Forest was easily one of my top games of the last decade. I have no doubt this game will either match or exceed that greatness.
