well, ea had starbreeze doing a bourne game until they canned it in favour of letting starbreeze concentrating on their new ip. i could see respawn doing the bourne game instead, after all, ea surely doesn't want to waste the license they obtained on the bourne ip.

i hope they wont go use the name far cry 3. they should make a game with some continuity to the 1st game. the dunia engine is brilliant, but too bad far cry 2 doesn't make much use out of it. i don't know much about the story of the first game, but we know the plot follows a typical action b-movie, and i think some kind of virus outbreak happened towards the end. i could see a game that is planet terror-ish, where the virus affect a small town or something.
it would have made more sense if he said nfs hot pursuit is more like nfs most wanted. nothing about this game is similar to burnout paradise aside from open world gameplay. this game has no over the top destruction and less arcady gameplay.
he disagreed with the design choice, nothing wrong there. i think having a 3rd person camera could improve certain things like melee combat, looks more satisfying than performing melee moves in 1st person.
it looks very good, however, i would wait for the reviews for me to judge it myself. i expected kane and lynch 2 to be an improvement over the first, but sadly io interactive dissapointed. they seem to be one of those developers going down the toilet when this generation started, alongside monolith.
good to see things running smoothly for now. rebuilding the engine will be too much of a task for a new studio, so i hope they could license the cryengine 3 or loan the frosbite engine from dice. i don't know what games they will be developing, but my guess would be that they will replace dice as the medal of honor multiplayer team, and just maybe, they would work on a new bourne franchise that starbreeze had to leave. i doubt ea went through all the trouble to license the bourne franchis...

wow, grass iz seriouz biznez. you're not trolling at all realli. grass merely accounts to a missing texture, it's not really a big deal at all. that's like suing rockstar for making gta 4 sub hd on the ps3. it's merely a technical deficiency, not a game breaker.
this is a disrespect towards the franchise. the least they could do to redeem is to rebadge this game to an expansion, and change the bloody cover art, having alma's eyes between the point man and paxton fettel's armpit looks retarded. could they just wait until monolith came out with a spanking new lithtech engine and the free time to work on a real fear 3.
the same woman appeared in both the trailer and screenshot. i guess that was elizabeth, the new female companion in bioshock infinite.
