Little Big Planet, Mass Effect, Gears of War, and Uncharted are all examples of AAA original games this gen.

I dont think Bioshock 2 can be any where as good as the first because of the new developers. Bioshock was too damn amazing. Still the best single player FPS this gen. But, 2k marin=FAIL.
MW2, the sequel to the masterpiece COD4, yes I expect it (and hope) to surpass Killzone 2 (not graphics),

but with most developers having their engines done on a current gen platform (still waiting on team Ico :/), it should be getter easier and cheaper the more time passes to create games.
that I'm doubting that sony would intentionally release such a feature because its so pointless and just a waste of resources. Because of that I'm certain they will fix that current text chat problems and will add voice chat, hence why we see it present but is whited out.

Loads of detail for an open world game. Animation and particle effects in particular are beautiful. I think moral choices are really cool, but I dont like the way they are presented (Cole thinking to himself is lame IMO). I also dont like the voice acting at all, even though the story is interesting. Missions themselves seem to have a lot of variety and the powers just look plain awesome. Some polishing needed but it is looking to be a great game indeed.
tri-ace? confirmed flop. And if they cant even get a 360 game to have a semi decent framerate with a resolution below HD, what do you think will happen to the PS3 version of the game? FAIL
have created the best multiplatform engines this generation. Kudos to them.
By the way, IMO the demo I saw wasnt the greatest thing I've seen. I've honestly seen better looking games. But still it is mighty beautiful.

that they're done with the hardcore market and will now try to capitalize more on the casual market like nintendo with the wii and DS. I'm sure this price drop is one of many moves to come regarding the PS2 (which would include more casual games, marketing the product to the casuals etc...). This will be very interesting if Sony really takes it to the max, having one hardcore console and one casual one.
