Edit: 250k for Forza is solid, Ratchet should be better than 100k though. That game deserves to be around 250-300k. Still though Im sure it'll do better when the marketing starts picking up.

Couldnt have said it better. I actually really prefer the PS3 and I bought Uncharted 2 on launch day, amazing game, but the need to bash another amazing game like MW2 because the fanboys feel threatened from it is not justifiable and just sad.

CoD4 had me hooked for multiplayer, so I really want to try that but I will go single player this time around. Also I will try Spec-ops when Im done with Single just cause its new to CoD.

If the rumors are true and GT5 gets a track editor and has a day and night/weather cycle, then its pretty much over.
you know I really respect that. My problem is that people are transferring that hate for the (possible) reason you listed, onto the game itself. You cant justify that at all. Even if they charged you $100, you cant justify hating on the game itself and ignoring the (in this case very high) merits.

Hit points and spawns naturally get smoothed out as IW enhances and optimize their code. Since they're using the same engine as before things like that get polished pretty early on.
As for spamming nades, I'd be surprised if IW didnt do anything about it. People have really made it prevalent that its a problem, we'll see on that one I guess.
And the maps are indeed larger. They said they added texture streaming tech and they said in addition to more detail on screen,...
