Take 2 and Sony are known for constantly delaying their games, and its absolutely fvcking annoying. However, I think that those two publishers push boundaries more so than anyone else.
Well, yes, I did take my time. But I dont think it would have made a large difference. The game normally takes about 12-15 hours to beat on normal, and Omega is exaggerating by saying GOWII was 6-8.
If you can find me a quote where the developers say that the game is only 10 hours long, I will leave this site for good.
You're either trolling and failing, or you were just REALLY damn good at GOWII. GOWII took me 17 hours to beat.
F1cking high score from GT, thats really really awesome. Im looking forward to the game...
Go ahead and bookmark this page, because Im saying that not only will ME2 NOT get a 96 on metacritic, it wont get a 95 either. It wont touch Uncharted.
Im REALLY not trying to sound like a fanboy but....are all those really blockbusters?
I mean, I think Halo: Reach, ME2, and MAYBE Alan Wake are gonna be those AAA games MS is hyping them to be.
But I mean Crackdown? Fun game but....blockbuster on the same level as ME2?
And Ubisoft Montreal has screwed us not once, but twice this generation. I simply CANNOT trust that SC:C will be "AAA" based on media (remember AC? PoP?).
Im sure Fable 3 will be a good...
Really? I mean, better than Fallout 3? We'll have to see I guess.
It'll be interesting to see how Fallout: New Vegas stacks up when its released this fall.
Give us DS 2 this year!
Actually, the AIAS Awards are always the year after the games come out. Thats what I was referring to =P
Just like LBP last year, and just like GOWIII and The Last Guardian will next year.
you'll notice the loading is a problem too, I have hope though.
Its obviously Agent. Also, we finally get to see LA Noir next motnh, sweet.
I can easily tell by the comments that NO ONE here played metroid prime 3 or super metroid.
I would like to describe how masterful those games are, but there arent words that can do those games justice. BY FAR the most atmospheric and beautiful games this generation, Fallout and Bioshock be damned.
Anyways, Team Ninja dont impress me. Im hoping Nintendo make sure that the game has the metroid level of quality we've come to expect.
Only cementing its position as one of the best games of this generation.
No doubt, seems the media got super hyped about game after seeing the updated graphics and the new Titan gameplay. A scale we've never seen before in videogames, folks. Thats whats in store for GOWIII.
I agree in that IW's refusal to be in contact with the fans, a lack of a beta, and trying to appeal the game to the masses had some bad results. But I dont think its a total failure like you do.
I could list a lot of problems with the game that needs fixing:
1) Akimbo
2) Noob Tube
3) Lag (which actually happens often)
4) These losers who keep putting marathon and lightweight and then knife everyone
5) Assault rifles overpowered/SMGs underpowered
Im so excited for this game! Im a huge fan of mario kart and this game is next gen mario kart, really.
The only problem with the beta was the loading, other than that this game ROCKs!
I feel that even though they're not completely changing the combat (and they souldnt), they're really making it much deeper than GOWII. I could make a list to prove my point, but Im too lazy...
Anyways, I love the running up the wall thing. More interaction with the environment is something I really wanted in a GOW game, and I got it. Cant wait for this epic game.
