I totally see where your coming from. I was just so impressed with the scale, but in terms of structure, the Alan Wake trailer was better. It had a lot of new footage (gameplay and story stuff), the suspence you mentioned, and it had awesome graphics to boot.

Edit 2: OT....Well... FOR ME (IMO!) I agree. Im not saying that the significance of the GOWIII trailer is greater than X10, but that trailer was better than anything Ive seen out of the X10 event (IMO).
The story, graphics, and atmosphere are all amazing. Im a bit worried about the gameplay as well. Pointing a light at a zombie and shooting it looks really cool, but I though this game would be more than that. I thought it would be different, ya know?

Seriously, I know graphics arent everything, but DAMN. Seriously the most epic thing Ive seen this generation. I know Im just off of seeing the amazingness of the game, but my prediction is that this will be GOTY.
Agreed. I didnt get nearly enough footage as I would have hoped. For christ sakes all we've had is a year old demo and one trailer that isnt even from the game. I hope the launch trailer will be better, but at that point there isnt even a point...

This looks bada$$. Im actually buying this day 1, it look so sick! I dont like Sam's voice, but thats it. I really dont see anything else I dont like with this game.
I really cant see what else can be done in the FPS genre to change how we play them. Regardless, Im very excited. I guess we'll see something at E3.

MAG and White knight Chronicles are past us. GOWIII, Modnation Racers, GT5, and Heavy Rain are all winners (even though we dont have some release dates...)
I want Agent this year so bad, but I guess it'll be fine if it doesnt come out this yeat since theres still Red Dead Redemption. Twisted Metal? Starhawk? The Last Guardian? Hopefully!

It bothers me that a new IP like this does this well just because its a FPS. Lets face it, MAG is nothing special. Heavy Rain, an amazing AAA INNOVATIVE game, would only dream of numbers like this. The market is sad.

Ya going by the trailer I thought it was going to be more dark, and the graphics in trailer look better. Still, it looks 100 times better than Halo 3 and thats all that matter.
