Surprised nobody has pointed out yet that they spelled psycho "pyscho" in the video.
This is most definitely real. The lips and eyes give it away, not even Hollywood can get this high of realism yet. It gives that feeling because it was a mock interview that was probably practiced so they didn't act naturally and the last part just looks strange because the bandages are tight and are restricting facial movement.
tl;dr Kojima's still trying to troll us.
While I agree with you, I just wanted to point out that the original producer of XI and XIV left Square Enix recently. This isn't the same guy.
There was a jet in the picture of the first artwork we saw.
While I agree it isn't healthy to play games for hours on end (not just MMOs), and you will eventually lose what you gained in a MMO, the actual friends you make playing aren't a dream. I've made great friends on this game that turned into RL friends. A little self control is all you need to play a MMO without it being detrimental to your health.
You say that like you know it as fact when you haven't even played it. FFXI really isn't like other MMOs and actually did do a pretty good job at making you feel important with the way it handled cutscenes. And I agree with Menchi about CoP being a really great storyline, they really haven't topped it yet imo and probably never will with the massive direction change the game took. The only main difference is that your party now consists of real people instead of you controlling th...
I've been wanting this game to be good ever since I heard about it but the old footage had me pretty worried. If done right and with co-op a game like this could be great but I just haven't been able to look at it and go "Sold!" yet. This video got my confidence up just a little but still have my guard up. Here's to hoping.
^ This. I don't feel like these are really direct competitors and I'm looking forward to both of them.
Most of these were dumb but the "Share Responsibly" one made me grin.
Honestly I agree with this list way more than any professional news site's choices.
I have a feeling that we'll get what you listed plus Gran Turismo and The Last Guardian, E3 should be quite the show.
I'd just keep going as is and release on Steam first then focus on consoles afterwards to avoid delaying it. I would like to see what all the Day Z people could do with the money they would make from releasing on more platforms, plus I think they deserve all the money they can get for what they've done and consoles would make them a ton.
This. You don't have to limit yourself to one platform. I play my PC for it's exclusives or if I want to play with some mods, or my PS3 for it's exclusives or if I want to play with my friends since they don't play on PC. Best of both worlds.
Wow they actually got the original Shang Tsung from the first movie to be in this.
Nah they wouldn't do that they make too much off of the main series to give them up. Even if they make another ESO the single player games and MMO can exist side by side.
The comments on this article is kind of worrying. Not really surprised but there's an alarming amount of people that seem to really believe video games are causing all of this violence. Considering how many millions of games that are sold I'm pretty sure most of would be dead if it were true.
I don't always get them, I'm usually in the same boat as you even back when I was in Playstation Underground but I get lucky once in a while lol.
A little slow there GameSpot? I got an email from Sony the day of the announcement of this event talking about the live-stream. Surely lots of other people did too.
Not only did they not sue them, but LEGO actually teamed up with them and made that Minecraft LEGO set.
While I still liked GTA IV I still felt like it was a step back in some ways. I didn't play it for nearly as long as I did San Andreas, but I definitely wouldn't go as far as to say it sucked. I think GTA V is stepping back in the right direction though and bringing back more of the overall fun factor that was found in San Andreas.
