Yeah, and I bought a game from Blizzard 10 years ago. Will I buy from them again in the future? Hell yes. Why? Because they make excellent sh!t.
3 years production is becoming more and more standard for decent games in this age. (Opinion) I personally prefer games that take AT LEAST 4+ years to make. Plus, spending $50-60 on a company every ten years is cheaper than every two.

There is a reason why companies like Valve and Blizzard take so long with their development: they make great games and high standards are expected of them. Reaching these high standards over and over and over again takes TIME.

I don't see why people can't give a company or an IP another chance. I mean people are sore about the Zelda series because of a single "bad game", in this case Twilight Princess. And then say, "I'll just miss the next Zelda I guess..."
