Do you know how QC works? It's very simple.
They get a batch and test a couple of them, if they work they send it out.
ALL companies do this, Microsoft, Sony, Samsung, LG, Apple, etc.
No company sits there and checks every single system in the batch.
They push the batch as OK if "said number" passes.

Went through 4 360's before I gave up on them.
About the powerbrick, sure you can have one sitting behind your TV for consoles, its still a technical marvel how Sony got all that into the size of the PS4.

This site, just saddens me more and more.
Both systems have "hidden powers". Both of them will have better looking games in years to come. It's how it works, Devs learn things as they go, find out better optimizations, find hidden potential.
Look at Xbox 360 launch vs now, as well as PS3. It's what the devs do with whats there.

New electronics (especially mass produced) will have a failure rate. NEVER in history has this not happened. It happened at launch of PS3, and it happened through the first few years on Xbox 360. It will happen with PS4 and it will happen with Xbox One.

Why is anyone surprised, these are both new consoles, this will happen, they both will have bugs and failure rates. Its normal for electronics.
