the difference between 4gb and 8gb in a console isn't that much if they want to reduce cost they should bring it down to a 4gb and I see people posting 8 cores...it's probably more like 8 Hyperthreaded cores and more like a quadcore CPU.

AMD keeps prices down and competeive for PC gamers that's about all I can say about that. Once you buy a brand of Video Cards most PC gamers stick to them. I own 3 PS3's and 2 Xbox 360's, PSP's, and PSvita's so I don't game on PC 100% of the time...I don't give a crap because Nvidia is an arrogant company who makes good products...Have you seen Tomb Raider on a GTX 670 FTW edition card at Ultra settings??? Even in the PS4's lifecycle it will never be that go...

If Sony PS4 had a Nvidia TItan and an Ivy Bridge 3770K running at 5 ghz with 8 Gb ram and 4 GB VRAM it would blow the Xbox 720 out of the water but it would also run you around 1000 like our custom modded PC's but for the same reason why we have bumpers that only last so many years and tires that wear out in 4-5 years they have to make this shit affordable and NVidia products are top dollar..
Those of you complaining about Nvidia don't know anything about Nvidia products or prices and if you do then you need to watch out what you are posting.
A GTX 670 FTW edition card with 2 GB of vram will run you around 399.99 maybe a bit cheaper. And, through it's life cycle the PS4 will never reach the graphic output of the Nvidia GTX 670. I don't know why Nvidia says these things which we already know.
