SJW has become a thing all of a sudden. They wouldn't be so annoying if they didn't build their houses out of glass. So they can voice their views on things and challenge Others "stat quo" but should anyone challenge their view, (which they will tout as the right view) they get shattered and call foul. we all have opposing views. Yet close their eyes as to what has been the focus, in beta and alpha. MP. Like you all forgot this was a bungie game.
They didn't make a rpg. This is a next step for FPS. But still at it's core a FPS game. and so at it's core MP/pvp will still be a major focus. probably more so then PVE.
Not saying they will not put attention to pve, but ...
How is it that players are still asking questions about this game? Beta has gone public. Play it for yourself.
Consoles beat pc in exclusives. Each and every time. I love my rig, but no way in hell I'm going to say that besides FPS and Horror games pc has what?

As an Alpha player I just want to give those a heads up about how fire teams work. If your expecting a mmoFPS your in for a surprise. It's not.
Only part you can interact with other players is at the tower. (only real feel of a mmo) Other wise out side of that on the field, you will see players but they won't be able to follow you ever where. They dissapear at certain spots. (making it feel more like Darksouls multiplayer) Unless they are in your fire team.

Only ones playing those games will be those that already have their console. They did nothing to grab the hard core gamer, nor pull anyone away from the other consoles.
while "Rated E for everyone" sounds nice on paper, it's not the Game of the year that every one drools for.

85% of what I play is FPS. Only ones that would place TF as "hardcore competitive" are the same ones that when they hear "FPS Competitive" the first thought is COD. And that's a sad plight on the comp scene.
Most MMO are as about as much fun as watching paint dry. (looking at you eve) So I hope destiny learned from games like defiance. (like what NOT to do)
