There are a lot of glaring flaws overlooked for Elden Ring that would otherwise be counted against other games. With a devoted fanbase, there'll never be an objective observation of certain games. They attempted to B rated Horizon/God of War for things blatantly absent in games like Elden and Zelda. It all depends on who you're talking to because in today's world, preference trumps honesty. When you show up to the game to watch your team play, there is only hope that they win inst...

It's pretty much the same thing that I do on my end. The game share is a game changer for people who know how to use the system. My son and I use it aggressively, and I promote it to any person new to PS. The PS+ is an added bonus to new gamers as well as it's a great compliment to what's already available. GP is all there is, and most of the games are last gen. This would be all fine and well if there were more current options to properly compliment the service instead of it bein...

For us who have XBoxes, let's hope they deliver something more than a list of games coming to GP. I love buying and experiencing new titles on any platform, though as it stands, Sony has been the only company delivering anything remotely next gen. I'd like to see Nintendo step it up too in the tech department so that their exclusives can be modernized to the current standard of performance. I don't play any of their games because they look like crap on higher end TVs. I champion S...

You want them to be furious, which says more about your nature.

I'm not understanding why they broke the collection up when they released it on the WiiU already.

15.6 billion may be what they netted, but that becomes a very different number when expenditures start to interact with it. Do you get to keep your whole paycheck? Aren't they laying off a ton of people? That alone is an indicator that 15.6 billion isn't enough operating capital to sustain the sector.

No big deal, don't take me seriously, I was just playing around. Reminded me of when my kids were babies and found more interest in the box than the actual toy.🤣

The box, really? Just...man...carry on.

Tbh, as long as you're satisfied, it makes no difference whether she's convinced or not. I'm more than sure she has things she buys, which make no sense to you either.

You are absolutely right that every corporation makes EXTRA money from services, though companies like Apple and Sony are leaders in the industry because they also perform well outside of their services. MS is at the bottom of every sales metric across the board, making GP a very poor decision to maintain sustainability.
You're absolutely right, as well, that I don't get to determine the cost of access, but the market does. MS pays the market cost for those who aren't wi...

I would get your point if Sony wasn't still topping sales charts in spite of PS+ inception, so there were SOME celebrating the free aspect of PS+ while most were still just buying their games. GP is a lifeline, while PS+ is a choice, major difference.

Forced to close my doors? Not at all, sir, I say the financial downturn coming by seeing the big corporations closing locations and followed suit. Took my company online, blind dropped my product, increased profits by 1465%, with little to no overhead. Was a very sound plan, to be sure. I'm 41, semi retired, and have the freedom to move as I please. Thanks to listening to men like Warren, Ramsey, and the like, who all pay their own way effortlessly in life.

Note: Let&#...

Makes a lot more sense to do it this way, but MS knows that their community doesn't support them. When you put little effort out, you get little effort back.

Sorry buddy, I pay for everything that I do, not just gaming. I am procorporation, so who cares what's good for the consumer. What does the consumer bring to the table? All the production, distribution, research, and development are supplied by the corporations. The consumer is there only to consume what's offered, hence the name.

It has everything to do with being grown enough to afford the cost of engagement. Why not just move in with your family, eat up a portion of the resources, and put $15 on the table?🤣 Question: If your ability to buy games was limited to only a $15 a month budget, would it even exist? If the answer is no, then YOU'RE not doing YOUR part. We are not against MS for paying. We are against individuals who are making them have to.

It's that very "ME" mentality that kills any industry that it encounters. If it's all about saving you money, just find something else to do. That way, you can save as much as you want. Why even engage if you're too selfish to help sustain the industry? Very parasitic in nature.

1104d ago 31 agree5 disagreeView comment

It's never going to happen. This is due to the nature of their community. They're not willing to pay for anything above their comfort level, so as soon as prices increase, they're gone. Much like getting a spoiled kid to work because it's necessary. You don't make a service that gives more for less to a community that already was doing very little to support. GP is not smart business, it's desperation to retain relevance under the feigned idea of being "consumer f...

But you don't. What are you guys not getting? How can an individual expect to be taken seriously when they allow someone else to pay their way? Outside of children, the elderly and needy people, there is no excuse. Adults pay their portion to sit at the table, kids just expect a plate.
