I've cared about a lot of game stories but only the absolute best stick with me lol. Currently I'm invested in Days Gone, that story is amazing.
Lmao, that’s crazy isn’t it!! I used to LOVE call of duty. The single player campaign used to be the best in the business hands down, then they went full MP and lost me as a fan. I can’t devote the time needed to stay competitive in MP so I had no choice but to give it up. For gamers like me, I’d love a SP focused game with MP for the MP fans. Honestly tho, they sell millions as is so losing me and the few like me probably don’t make a dent lol

Lol, what? It’s VR and deeper immersion than ever before. Feeling what it may be like for the in game character during fights, shooting, explosion and such would be amazing! Not a distraction. How could that be a distraction? It would make me not want to get shot even more adding to the immersion for heightened awareness.

Same here! I usually comment a little here and then. That’s a completely different story for Days Gone. I’m here defending that mofu every day lol! One of my favorites this gen for sure. I’m especially excited that it’s a new IP! That means they’ll be more to come and this is just the beginning, finger crossed.
Agreed, for me that game was RDR2. It was an absolute chore, I forced myself to play it but couldn’t get into it
I’m sorry to hear you had to do a 180. Maybe if you approached the game with excitement and an open mind and not predetermined expectation you would have had as much fun as me from the get go. I loved it on day one and I’m loving it even more every time I play it. The story is epic, uncharted/last of us level of suspenseful edge of my seat type of story.
