What’s up with these click bait articles mentioning what Sony needs to do to succeed next gen? This is the second one I’ve read here. Lol, Sony will succeed. They’ll succeed based off of what they did with the PS4 alone. As if they’ll just lose a large portion of their PS4 install base, which increased this gen from MS gamers coming aboard the PS.
Same for me. I’m SP 90% if the time. Only MP I like is co-op and horde style games. Therefore for me, Sony is the obvious and smart choice. They pump out amazing SP games like the yearly CoD release lol.
I feel the same but it’s too hard for me to put a GOTY on just one title. I’ll admit, all I’ve really played are PS 4 exclusives and I’ve never played so many great games in a single gen that I can recall and I’ve been gaming since Atari lol.
I couldn’t get in to RDR2, I’m finally getting around to playing GTA V PS4 copy, and so far I’m loving that but that’s from last gen

Exactly! It’s a video game. What I do in a video game will not effect my real life. But I’m beginning to feel the overhype for this COD. I’m interested, first time in a long time, but the hype is huge in this “ moral” way
Nope! I don't' want to depend on someone else to play my games. What if the internet is down? What if they decide to remove a game that I love? What happens when it turns in to the mobile market with oversaturation of games just to find a good one? Pricing won't be that great unless there are sales. I can't trade my games in or sell them if I choose to (unless we can and I haven't heard about it yet)

I’m not a trophy hunter but I do love them. If if really love the game, I’ll try for the more difficult ones or the ones that require more attention. Needed? No. Appreciated? Yes
Not interested, never was and never will be interested in a streaming/internet only device. What was the other one, the Ouja or something like that l? It lasted for a few months and bankrupt.

I'm playing GTA V right now for the first time and one thing keeps popping out at me while driving, the awesome soundtracks being played!! Not sure what station it is but the rap is from the era I grew up in and I love it, oh and the game itself is pretty slick too

TBH, I didn’t give to that much of a change story wise so I can’t say it was great or not. Gameplay was ok, I didn’t care for riding the horse or the tiny dot for a reticle. The game speed was slow as you mention and that was another big turn off for me. I guess story didnt grab me from the beginning to justify the slow pace of the game.
The was definitely beautiful and the acting was another highlight but the game just wasn’t for me.
I remember loading up the game (at launch) and web slinging for the first time like it was yesterday. It was that memorable lol.
And yet imo that game sucked

Me either. I don’t even pay for PS+ anymore. I don’t play MP so there was no point for me to pay for that. I won’t pay to access GaaS, I don’t that stupid. The games change monthly or so, and by the time they remove a game, I won’t be finished playing it. Not sure if the game stays forever but, it takes me a long time to beat a game with family and work. So I’m not sure how the gaming future looks for me
Just my opinion here but Xbox lost me as a customer for good. They’d have to really wow me to consider buying an Xbox again. They haven’t impressed me as a gaming company in years. I see no reason to buy one, PS has my money for the rest of this gen and guaranteed for next gen. They’ve proven themselves time and time again and given me what I want, amazing games and new IPs. I’m not spending my money on a company that blew it like MS this gen. That would be dumb of me to blindly buy their sys...
