I dont think it was an analyst, it was a survey or something done in teh UK at one game store or chain of stores. It was certainly not scientific by any means but i think everyone here should wait a bit to see what the numbers are at the end of december before everyone goes and claims "victory" on one side or the other.
Id much rather them do a 2d follow up to link to the past, same graphics and overhead design, as that was my favorite Zelda game... oh man i wish i had a wii to play it right now.

I agree, he even stated that you can ask sony to reset it and they will. I dont see that being an issue for most people. I dont know anyone that had 3 ps3's fail on them, but im sure there some.
I was fine with the change to 3 but my issue is with teh 24 hour thing. I have 2 PS3's in my house in two different rooms, one is in my man cave and the other is in my living room. If i want to play a game on one for a bit, and then say some buddies come over and we go to the larger room and we want to play the same games thats no longer allowed? Thats Funking stupid.
Yeah, i dont know how that company stays "big" still. All the game they have put out lately have sold fairly poorly except for their DS titles. Prehaps they should be more concerned with their own position in the market, one where they are reviled and not loved, rather than the console manufacturers?

Doesnt it make sense to say that its not Modern warfare causing the RROD but rather that lots of people are playing the game lots (some people are putting in crazy amounts of time) thus increasing the chances that RROD will happen?

Well looking at the numbers right now the ps3 is at number 15,28 and the 360 is at... well its not even in the top 100. So yeah i wouldnt be too sure the 360 will outsell the ps3.
