Looks like the ps3 version has a resolution problem, either way it doesnt look overly pretty. For some reason when i saw those screen shots i thought of wolfenstein (likely cause of the nazi stuff)

I think this to be unlikely, these guys want the cheapest way to play games, and that is still currently on the 360 for them as they can just grab a new arcade for like 150, mod it again, and they are off again. Sure they will be banned again but it wont be right away and its not like these guys think long term or else they wouldnt mod the thing at all and help ruin the industry.
