So they are releasing the game on two systems instead of one and add roughly 27 million more possible systems to their market (a roughly 120% increase) and they are only selling 90% more? Thats not so good. Of course its likely rooted in the fact that most ps3 owners have the sense to get infamous over prototype and 360 owners have no option.

I only kind of agree with this.
First of all consoles are expensive, i wont debate that but given what you get out of them now days the VALUE of the them seems to be rather high.
Also i think many people are using the current economic "crisis" as a tool to vent and blame this on a systems failures or prehaps their lack of success might be the better term to use.

A better question is what games would be better without the mature rating. Lots of games use that as an attempt to seem mature when in reality is just a load of blood and guts for no reason.

This is pretty drastic the differences. Usually the game is fairly close but this is way way different.

Tigra, Sales dont make a game better. Im not saying that GT isnt better cause it is but sales themselves as a rule do not make a game better (although a large community may seriously add to a game)

ANother possibility i was thinking was that maybe the psp go has such a high msrp as they are giving more to retails that they were before to help counter act this type of backlash. Prehaps not.

Well i missed the ps2 games as i was a GC owner last gen. I bought a PS2 a few weeks ago and i have picked up a few of the games but to get some of rarer and hard to find ones isnt easy. If they put them on PSN and had BC on the ps3 i would in heaven myself.
Hmm i wonder if thats what the last few firmware updates have been about? The whole "Increasing compatibility and playback" stuff. Would make sense i guess.
Hope it allows for upscaling and AA to get rid of some jaggies
Putting in those kinds of numbers is insane, I guess if MS had wanted to get a JRPG that would really really get them back into the market there this was it, same thing for Sony.
