Well the thing is I dont see how different the controls can be, PS3 and 360 pad both have the same number of buttons, have a D pad and 2 sticks...
The 360 pad for me feels a lot better with certain games.

Because I got that over expensive blu-ray player known as a PS3 ;-) so I have all the joy of watching cack-ray on it.

It will always will be the case, the CPU is better for programming games and the GPU in the 360 is again better for TRUE next gen visuals.

From what I have seen of this game it just looks like an Xbox 1 quality game as the visuals harldy seem to be that great.
I read just today on N4G in an Interview with Mark Rein saying the game will be 60fps on the PS3 *scratches head* wtf?
Not sure if it will be identical there is ALWAYS going to be some differences, dont forget the 360 and PS3 have totally different GPU's or unless the developers find a way of using the same features on both its certainly going to cost more making it on the PS3 because of the hardware especially the CELL since the GPU cannot do many of the graphical things the 360 can do hence why its easier and cheaper on the 360.
But it feels a bit weird for this game to come to the 360 though...
I find it amusing how the PS3 fans are getting excited that after 6months or is it more? That a port that is costing £40/£50 has some minor touch ups that they dont mind waiting half a year for minor touch ups LOL.
Blu-Ray doesnt mean more content it just means a way to put the game on the disc TWICE like Oblivion so it loads a bit faster beit that its just a measly 3secs quicker and allows useless developers like the ones who are making Heavenly Sword to throw in 10g...
