Some of you saying its in game whereas the article saying it wasnt.
Last time they didnt show in game but I hope that they really pull out all the stops this time and make a game look not only amazing visually but play pretty damn well as well.
What made Halo so great was the gameplay, environments and music and of course the AI oh and the physics ;-)

You really cant call the Xbox a shooter box although the PS3 has also got a few shooters too and will have.
Gonna be racing green this year as the 360 should have a nice array of racers to suite everyone like PGR4, Juiced 2(I think its out this year?) Nfs: pro street, Burnout 5 and maybe some others.
The only thing I hope this time is that those screens in PGR4 actually look that way when the game is running as PGR3 screens looked smooth and awesome but ingame it...
There is no game like this on the Playstation and its games like this with the PGR franchise that can help sales as there are loads of die hard racing fans out there.
PGR3 was not all that but 4 is looking to really hit hard! Now with motorbikes? Oh boy! I really liked Moto GP but was useless at that game! No matter how hard I tried I could not play it. Here is hoping PGR4 blends in total arcade fun with bikes.

As I have said before the PS3 physically cannot render visuals on that level due to the GPU lacking some features but if the developers want to spend the time and money they can emulate via software and get the CELL to do it.

As much that it would only be possible if Microsoft didn't own the IP secondly it would cost EPIC tons more money because of the GPU's inability to do HDR+AA and multi texturing all of which would have to be emulated via software and done by the CELL.
Why spend tons more cash when its easier just making it all work with the 360 hardware?

A few other friends on Xbox Live even sent me a picture to show how badly it created a ring around the disc.
But saying that its a very rare problem one that I personally have NEVER had, I did only once last year in March have the red rings and am on my second consold and have no problems since last year.
At the end of the day its not an epidemic nor is EVERYONE's 360's constantly failing, I of course don't like to hear about 3...
Why have 4 people disagreed with me saying EPIC already confirmed that UT3 is for all 3 platforms?? PS3, 360 and PC.

Microsoft already confirmed themselves they want a trilogy and its Microsoft's IP anyways. Also Cliffy said there would be a sequel.
Only person to shoot it all down was Mark Rhein but his word counts for nothing since Microsoft own the IP and it was Cliffy B's game in the first place.
I think more people should sue over this as its another known issue, my friend has gone through around 3 copies of Gears of war as the console has cracked and badly scratched his discs and he never moves the console!!
And I think its diabolical that Microsoft even charge $20 to replace their own games when its their own machine that has caused the problem with no fault of the gamers!!

Well I have both HD-DVD and blu-ray and HD-DVD not only gives a FAR better picture due to better encoding it also has features on the disc that are not on any blu-ray movies and also blu-ray players will need a firmware update or a new player to get Java so you get similar features that are already on HD-DVD's.

You know this thing keeps coming up, I personally am not gagging for MGS4 on the 360 but IF it comes to the 360 what will I need my PS3 for? Only DBZ games and FF games and perhaps the odd 1 or 2 exclusives as well and 1st party games.
Konami need to advise at E3 what their plans are, if they dont say anything about a 360 version at E3 then its either a no no or could be a last min thing 2 months before the game comes out or something.

Some of you are getting upset a little too much, its only a game, what if the game comes to the 360 how on earth will it effect all those that have already played it on other platforms? It just means more money for Capcom and if the game is as great as they say then let it be played by other platform gamers sheesh.
All the PS fans can harp on about is 360 red light failures but that isnt stopping top developers making top games for the 360! The userbase is still super high and the quality games are soon going to be rolling in the bucket loads!
I cant even list the amount of quality games coming out this year just for the 360!
Well I am extremely impressed on the use of space but how effieciently have they used it? If you look at a game like Mass Effect and PGR4 they are stunning also visually as 360 games but still fit nicely on a 9gb DVD.
If this game is going to use that much space per level then it needs to have serious graphical rendering that has every area destructable to the finest detail and the highest physics.
