Small team, small budget (compared to other studios), time constraint I would say.
I've never bought DLC in my life..
I own a 360 so I'll be getting both. I dont see any reason not too. Unless you only own a PS3.
@below: I'd pick Witcher 2 over Skyrim because I prefer story driven RPG's to open world RPG's with loose storys.
So far in November i'll be getting Witcher 2 (if its the correct release date) rather than Skyrim and It'll be a close fight between UC3 and Gears 3.

We're halfway through the year and I only see LBP2, Socom, Motorstorm, KZ3 and Infamous 2 as far as exclusives go.

Not talking about sales and you know it. Like N4G loves to say "sales=/=quality". GT5 and its 6 million copies sold illustrate that perfectly.
Take out the GT name and it would never have got even close to 6 million. Actually I think PS3 gamers souldnt have supported PD like that. Thats just giving them a free pass rather than encouraging them to get their act together.
Yeah tell me about it, especially since 3/4 of the cars were from GT4. How did they manage to take 6 years and over 50 million$ to make GT5 given the end result is a mystery.

Why is it bad ? 360 sells more software than the PS3 and still manages to be an entertainement hub. Pretty imperessive if you ask me since it doesnt even have blu ray.
I think a 600$ PS3 traumatized not only the public but even Sony themselves, looks like they wont ever be going down the PS3 kind of route again in the future for the PS4 and future hardware.

Some people are truly delusional. On the contrary, this gen the xbox brand has given huge blow to the PS brand. I mean how the heck do you go from undisputed champion two gens in a row to huffing and puffing behind the xbox FIVE freaking...
How have they already won against MS since they're still trailing a couple of mullions of units behind and the 360 ?

Have to admit though, never crossed my mind upgrading my PC until Witcher 2. These kind of games are too rare nowadays.
