I think what he was trying to say was PS+ substantial uptick in subscribers can be directly attributed to "FREE" games. What I'm trying to say is THANK you Mr. Buser and the rest of Sony involved in this decision, I've had a blast with my "FREE" games!
I've got it. It's awesome, but depends on your setup. I went and got a tv stand for it along with the logitech GT steering wheel, bolts onto the stand perfectly. I sit right on top of the screen while playing all my games so that makes a huge difference, it's only 24" but when I'm that close really doesn't matter, but it's all about the placement. Looks like Australia "gets it". It's crazy to me how much marketing can blind us in the U.S., the PS3's value, even @ launch with it's high price tag has always been greater, admittedly it cost too much for me at launch. The math has always been simple, I bought one 360, SERVICED mult. 360's b/c of RRODs, I've BOUGHT mult. PS3's b/c I WANTED to. It's a testament to Microsofts money and MARKETING, that people (mainly U.S.) still buy their product.

Mr. Hawkins comments might be a function of his new companies leanings more than the future-reality of gaming. He's trying to make his new "baby" make more sense to potential investors.
