Meaning specifically optimized to work to its best capabilities on each system.
That being the case, how is it that the 360 version still performs equally to the PS3 yet, according to this article, it should be outperforming it.

If I didn't know about this game, walked into Gamespot and saw this I wouldn't buy it. I'd think it was cheap lame budget title that ran out of money to get professional artists to design their cover.

Which meant that 2K had to handle the game themselves after completing the 360 version.
Damn...
2K is really going all out on the PS3 version. Probably incorporating a lot of things they previously couldn't because of time constraints.
So I'm guessing FFXIII info is exclusive to their August event?
Also, thanks to this site for noticing, but Star Ocean isn't listed as a 360 exclusive unlike Infinite Undiscovery.
