I must be blind because I don't see anywhere in the review where it says it got a 4/4.
At the bottom I see a rating system out of 5 where the game got two 4.5's and a 5/5.
I don't think there's anyone more excited to play this game than me.

As long as you have to rely on ISP's, you're going to run into these type of issues.
Bandwidth aint' cheap.
As easy as it is to say, "the future is digital distribution" ISP's definitely aren't seeing it that way.
Physical media isn't being phased out anytime soon.
