It also did not help that rockstar decided to perma ban everyone who used the mod...
They made the mod so that you NEEDED a rockstar social club account, so only people with legit versions of the game could use it.
Now I'm betting someone else will take over it, remove that restriction, so cracked versions of the game can use the multiplayer mod.

There are tonns of voice actors who would LOVE the opportunity to expand their portfolio.
Most notably some of the voice actors currently working (for free) on SKYWIND (The Elder Scrolls Morrowind ported to TES Skyrim engine), they are amazing!

I have their alumic mousepad, completely aluminium mousepad.
It is honestly the most comfortable mousepad I have ever had, doesn't budge a bit while gaming, nice size and is always nice and cold, which is great for the hot country I live in.

That's why I payed fallout 3 multiple times as male and female, for the differences in gameplay.
Even played as a brain dead retard by setting intelligence down to the bottom, that was funny as because all the dialog was different. You could only answer in like 1-2 words.

The difference here is compressed audio.
Titanfall had like 30GB of just raw uncompressed audio that could have been compressed to mp3 with no human audible loss.
Honestly, they just wanted a 50GB game.
The biggest things in games are uncompressed audio, and then HD bitmap/dds/png textures.
Fallout needs neither of these, that's why its install footprint is small.
