They plan to streamline the story so that there's never a game-over screen.
With that said, I'm sure the ending and length of the story will be dramatically affected by your decisions.
There are normal firearms, but they're few and far between, and so is the ammo. The "tool" weapons are energy based, so they recharge.
Easy day-one.
Like a Hot Wheels box.
Bubbles for searching it for us.
As long as the characters are interesting and the story is good, this game could have a TON of replay.
I bet there'll be a Gold Trophy for beating the game with all main characters alive.
That controller is pimped out more than Chamillionaire's teeth. Damn.
You are going to hell. And when you get arrive, Halo Kid will be there to greet you.
A bubble for the lulz.

That should take you right there. The other one is down at the moment for server updates and such.
It'll be the better looking one between the PS3 and 360.
It should be $69.99 at retail.
And yes, Trophies are confirmed as well. You can check www.ps3trophies.co.uk or www.ps3trophies.org for proof plus all confirmed games.
This one is shaping up to be a smart and visceral FPS. I hope there's online play too.
I'll be getting the LE of this on PS3 with Trophies FTW.
This one should have visceral combat and a deep story. I'm excited, I hope I can wok it into my purchases.
... Resistance 2 might have the longest legs of any FPS ever in terms of multiplayer - up to 60 players, 8 player alternate co-op, an EXP system, and Trophies. I expect the multiplayer mode to be even more rewarding than COD4, and there will probably be Medals/Ribbons/Badges as well as the Trophies. I know Resistance 2 will still be played into 2009.
Resistance 2 Fridays, Socom Saturdays, Killzone 2 Sundays - How awesome does that sound?
Hell yes they can exist. Uncharted and MGS4, two AAA games are existing on my shelf right now; the more the merrier!
I wonder which 3 people don't think I know what i want?
Hand the engine to Insomniac, Naughty Dog, Bioware, Take-Two, Square-Enix, Santa Monica, Bungie, Level 5... Damn this could be good.
This game can't come son enough, even with the 2 weeks it was pushed up from it's original release date.
Weapons are inventive, and any upgrade system or RPG element is always welcome in an Action/Horror/Shooter game.
We PS3 gamers are smarter than that.
