Even if the single player options only last 10-30 hours, the online could potentially last years.
Plus Trophies as a bonus.
If you're primarily a PS3 gamer with a 360 for the exclusives, the lack of Trophies could be all one needs to consider the 360 version.
I want all games to have Trophies; you can't argue with extra free features.

A true hardcore gamer doesn't give a crap what other people think of what he's doing, he just wants to do it and get back to the gaming as quick as possible.
There's games like GTA IV where there is a difference; a person with both consoles who doesn't care about DLC gets the better-looking and smoother-running PS3 version, while the person who wants the extra DLC gets the 360 version.
Because there ARE games with noticeable differences, comparisons exist, even if 80-90% of them are just to fuel flame wars.
Of the definitive PS3 version.
D/L for the demo, day-one for the full version.
So I'm not thinking about picking this up.
If they're not willing to do a proper PS3 version and go all-out to make up for the delay, then screw 'em.
It's not even a big blockbuster IMO... If it were a Resistance 2 demo, or a Dead Space demo, then I could see it mattering.
But we all know MotorStorm: Pacific Drift will be almost identical to the first, only with much improved visuals, more balanced gameplay, better physics, and more options. So the people who liked the first are getting this, demo or not.
When it's out for all, I'll give it the ol' D/L, but for now I don't really care.
Because people will see it cuz it looks cute and charming, and they'll find out that it's based on a game, and they won't want to bother with the game after watching this destined-to-be crapfest.
... But I'd rather invest in the Warhawk expansions.
For a fun Trophy weekend.
Any honourable PS3 gamer will be playing that masterpiece instead of wasting money to see Boll take a dump on the most beloved new PS3 IP.
