What does being a "hardcore gamer" have to do with anything? I have a fairly up to date computer that should play most of the newer PC games. I just really don't like to play PC games though. I like to sit comfortably and play a game on my T.V. with a console. I've been doing that since I was 3 years old(27 now) and I don't see that changing. The only PC games I enjoy are RTS games.
Most people would love to play Goldeneye with online multiplayer.
Your argument is weak. Not everyone likes to play on their PC or they don't have a upgraded PC to play these games. Think just for a minute. Why do a lot of Microsoft exclusives sell well over a million copies? Maybe because not everyone is a PC elitist who thinks everything on the PC is the greatest. Hell, most people work all day on a computer and the last thing they want to do is play a game on it when they get home. They would rather relax on their couch and play a little Bioshock or Halo...
Microsoft does own Rare. I don't think you will be seeing Goldeneye on th e Wii VC either. I remember reading that Nintendo owns the rights to the game, but Rare owns the code or something like that, and some publisher owns the right to make Bond games. It's a really messed up situation.
It's good to know they are making a traditional Kingdom Under Fire game. I wasn't too happy when I read they weren't making the new game like the original 2 for Xbox. I'll give Circle of Doom a try and see how it plays though. I hope they at least give a demo.

One thing is for sure. It won't be scary. I've never seen an animated anything that was even remotely scary. Hopefully it at least ties up some loose ends between Code Veronica and RE4.

Typical Sony fanboy answers. I own a PS3 and played Uncharted. I was so bored with the game that I returned it back to the rental store. I'd take TR over that piece of crap game any day of the week. Besides, you Sony drones were the morons comparing Uncharted to Tomb Raider. I just gave you my perspective as a Tomb Raider fan.

You people do realize that Tomb Raider has been around long before the rip-off Uncharted came out. Hate to burst your bubble but Uncharted was just as repetitive as Tomb Raider. At least TR was original when it came out in the 90's. Uncharted don't have anything original about it. It ripped off TR and Gears. (Waits for all the Sony drones to click disagree)
I didn't know Skeletor was in this game.
The best WWII first person shooter on the market in my opinion. The story is great and the gameplay is never dull. I'm looking forward to this game.

Edit: I see what their complaining about now. Do we really need to see the gameplay? Anyone who has played a Rainbow Six game knows what to expect.
They want to sell 8.5 million by next October? That should be possible with the combined sales for both 360 and PS3. They will probably sell way more then that amount.
What I'm getting out of this is that Japan has become a casual gaming society. I'm sure there are hardcore gamers there, it's just that they get engulfed by the casuals. Do we really want our gaming society to turn into this? It's the main reason I'm against the Wii and it's popularity. It's the first Nintendo system I didn't want to buy. That's pretty sad considering I grew up on Nintendo. Bad enough I already lost my beloved SEGA as well.
Here's an idea. How about they stop milking the damn franchise and make another game? Are they going to release a Call of Duty game every year? Is this franchise turning into Madden or(insert sports game here)?

Anyone who buys Madden year after year is "cursed" with a crappy football game. I can only hope the NFL decides not to renew the exclusive deal they have with EA. We need to get some kind of petition going to send to the NFL to stop this exclusive bullcrap. We need to wake them up a tell them we want more options for football games.
