First game to not let multi account have access for me was bfbc2 ultimate edition. His account (installed there first) got the extra maps, mine didn't and prompted for the code again (which was of course already used).
But most dlc is sharable like the map pack you mentioned.
Umm, or have a multi account household? Husband/wife, brothers, adult access account and another limited by ratings. Wow, you could have thought that one through.
My son and I both play online, and I won't buy a game full price if I have to buy a pass so we can both use it.

Funny thing about the game, its release date was the 22nd (according to Gamestop). The Tuesday before the 3ds releases.
