This game runs much better than AC ever did on DX11!

No reviews for either batman game is not usually a good sign.
Maybe it has something to do with releasing around Halloween they want to surprise people a bit.
If you want a quiet card then buy an after market model. I have a windforce 7950 that does not touch 70c at 30% fan speed.
I had to under volt to achieve this but it's absolute silence in game.
I have pretty much the same PC as you but with an i73770k and run it all on a Corsair CX430 :O
It is fine so I would not worry about 600W unless you have a cheap PSU.
Clearing out a cupboard a few days back I found my PSone buried at the back. I don't think I have seen it for over 10+ years it was quite emotional!
I even had the portable display for it at one point, god knows where that is now :)

What would also be quite cool is exploring more of Nate at say 16-18 years when he first takes a bad guys life and have Sullivan as the 45 year old hot head. Similar to the start of Uncharted 3 but a bit older.

Sorry, something strange happened.
It's still blurry and jittery without motion blur it's just a different effect. Without motion blur you can literally see the frames skip.
I do agree with you some games benefit more than other with a higher frame rate but as you say all games benefit so it would be nice for 60fps to be the standard.
I said nothing about PC.

Yes we should have it for all games. 30fps is blurry, the higher frame rate the crisper the image the smoother game play. in 8 years time we will read articles saying do we really need 120fps.
I don't know how many times this subject is brought up and it's all just damage control incase a game can't hit 60fps.

I don't see how they could mess it up. Same engine, same fighting mechanics. The only thing they can mess up is the story which was probably drafted in just like the others games.
