No game with a Metacritic rating below a 90 has ever won GOTY from the VGAs and Halo 4 is rated at an 87 which is the lowest rated Halo of all time. Hate it or love it that's how it goes.
PS+ pays for itself.
Some form of Halo releases every year but it won't be Halo 5 next year. Maybe ODST 2?

Exactly. Sony will be the only company to give core gamers core games. Both Nintendo and Microsoft have turned their backs on the core gamers.

Forza Horizon isn't selling on Xbox so I doubt any PS3 owners want it. 9 million people bought GT5 instead for a reason.
This will not work. A low cost console with high media and social focus but less game focus(sounds like the Xbox 360) will only appeal to casuals and not the hardcore. The casuals will not pay to use free media and social features. The only reason people pay for XBL is to unlock the online portion of the games they bought. The casuals who buy the cheaper media answer social focused Xbox don't care about online multi player. Won't work.

Just keep doing what they are doing. Sony are the only ones pushing new IPs. Not bad for a console that has been doomed the past 6 years.
PS+ is well worth $50 a year. Worth every penny.

Absolutely. The money MS makes from ads are far more than enough to pay for XBL but they still charge people additional money anyway. That's just plain greed. When you download a free app on your phone you get ads but when you pay for that app it gets rid of the ads. That's how that is supposed to work.
