All that means is that MS shot their load for 2014. Sony don't need to , they are in lead position for demand. They will have much to reveal yet.
Best looking and technically best are not the same. Art and subjective opinions might say Ryse is best looking. Tech says KZ is a way beyond it. Some people notice it, some people just see the way picture in front of them or believe some media opinions ( which are often incorrect).
I hate that pad. Way too large and largely pointless. Poor design and the sales support this.
Have you actually used the pads? What you say is contradictory and makes no sense at all. If you have huge troll hands how can you prefer DS3. I've used DS3 for 15 years as my primary pad and DS4 is better in every way( bar battery).
It does not measure up. I'm not dumb. Lots of people seem to agree. I listen to a lot of podcasts and quite a few guys that preferred 360 pad to DS3, are preferring DS4 to XB1.
It feels so cheap and nasty vs DS4. If you break down each control area , DS4 is better. XB1 pad is actually worse than 360 in some areas ( Especially triggers to bumpers movement).
I did the opposite. I have DS4 and it's best pad I've used. I tried XB1 , expecting quality and was shocked at how bad it felt. The d Pad is still poop, the sticks felt ok but don't look/ feel anywhere near as premium as they look in promo videos, the triggers feel ok but try moving to horrible bumpers and you realise ergonomics are off. I think the DS4 is better in every department ( bar battery but I have 2 pads and dual charge station).
