I agree, the story was told precisely as it was intended, I fear a movie treatment may do more harm than good.
This isn't going to end well, writing for a game is nowhere near the same thing as writing a screenplay.

It wont matter what MS does, most of the N4G community will hate them. X1 could have twice the specs, twice the games and free XBL and it would not matter.

Xbox came in 2nd place in the 6th generation, it barely edged out the Gamecube. Both were destroyed by the PS2.
