As long as someone relied on the statement in their decision to purchase it’s enough to bring the suit. It doesn’t even have to be the sole reason they bought one, the only requirement is that the statement was “material” in the decision, meaning it was a consideration. Fact that they took the statement down before selling doesn’t prevent a lawsuit.

You are saying “I don’t accept YOU, but I want my VIEWS to be accepted/tolerated”

Objectively Sony won on games. I mean there is no denying that. On presentation, I think MS won with a well rehearsed show.

PSVR is definitely the bigger arbiter of VR technology for gaming due to its stronger market penetration. But I think PSVR and VR on PC benefit from each other’s existence because they move in concert and the success of one is the success of the other. Meanwhile the PC VR pushes the boundaries with more capable devise options.
