As a secondary machine maybe. As great as it is it’s still a secondary machine for many, myself included.
Actually based on publisher reports the attachrate seems to be higher on PlayStation. Also the attach rate is not the whole story, the total units sold is the more significant number. Let me give you an example, if MS only sold one console all generation and that console owner bought 10 games, then the attach rate would be higher than the competition.
I think the numbers sold are deserved, it took guts to pull what they did, and the game is really good, especially in VR where it’s unlike anything I’ve ever seen.

I honestly think you can’t say you experienced the best of this generation if you didn’t play RE7 in VR. ITS THAT GOOD.
I would say the definitive version is on PSVR and by far. and this is from someone who has the game.
A bad business model that forgets why we love CONSOLES.
Nothing against xbox but at this point I think gamers should send a strong message to Microsoft that we don’t like their business strategy. Services are great, but they should not be the focus, also console gamers should stand against Microsoft’s attempts to dilute the importance of consoles in favor of PC (nothing against PC, I just think consoles should be protected)

No but it will look more impressive than any game this generation, because resolution isn’t everything, graphics matter too.
I got a GTS racing chair and a thrustmaster T300 Gran Turismo edition wheel just for GT:Sport, and it didn’t disappoint. I just figure if this PC2 takes the title over GT:Sport I might as well give it a try because GT:Sport is great.

I would agree with you except the truth is that IGN is really biased against PlayStation. I don’t pretend to know why or how it works but there is an objective tangible difference in the way they report things about Sony versus Microsoft. A good way to see it for yourself is to compare their PlayStation channel to Xbox channel and just read the titles over a long enough period of time. You will see the different treatment for yourself.
